Class Schedule
Coach-led sessions Monday through Saturday. Classes cap at 14 people. We also have Busy Step (every Tuesday), HIIT (every Saturday) and Hyrox Training (every Friday and Saturday) are available as drop-in specialty classes, not included in the standard group membership.
