For a fraction of the cost of having a trainer guide you in person, you will have me as your Advisor & Coach for your nutritional and exercise program.
I will perform a full assessment of your background including your personal history, your food history and your body profile including several health indicators.
I will create a full exercise program based on the number of weeks you require to meet your goals. As every body is unique, the length will be determined during assessment.
I will create a complete & thorough nutrition plan including the timetable of when you should eat and why you should eat it.
I will provide you with a complete list of the safest and most effective vitamins and supplements you should take.
You’ll have complete access to me through unlimited email support and weekly progress calls, and you can send me as many questions as you’d like. I’m here for you every step of the way and I’ll guide you to the fastest and safest route to your fitness and health goals.
