Seated Dumbbell Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
Standing Dumbbell Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
Barbell Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
Chinup – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
Seated Preacher Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
EZ-Bar Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
Cable Rope Curl – 3 Sets of 10,8,6 Reps (90 Seconds Rest)
